TD Reply offers a range of services across data analytics, AI agents and campaign insight analysis. They needed to bring these services together and communicate complex strategic proposals in a clear and compelling way.

Working with large, dynamic and interdisciplinary teams, they also needed a strong visual system and a clear framework for reports and dashboards. The challenge was to turn the depth of their work into presentations that helped clients understand the findings, recognise their value and make decisions.

We have worked on the evolution of the agency’s brand since 2014, looking at the market, competitors and, above all, its clients.

We developed a visual system across narrative structures, presentations, reports and commercial proposals. We organised information, established clear hierarchies and created visualisations that turn data and ideas into understandable stories, tailored to each client and consistent with the brand.
